With them you can Arm/Disarm or perform any of the automation actions. To arm/disarm it will always ask us for the user code.  For the rest of the functions, it will be enough to request the desired action.

You have an installer account in which to add different security systems as well as all the sensors. For free you will be able to see all the incidents (battery failure, tamper, etc.) that have occurred in all managed panels.

You can add different user accounts in each Panel, which will be the ones that receive alarm events.  They will be able to see cameras, photos, etc. In each account we can decide what events we want to receive, geofences, etc...
